At Hand The Light By C.S.E, we take great pride in crafting each candle with love and care, ensuring that every product is unique and special. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to replace it or offer store credit. To request a replacement or store credit, please email us at info@handthelight.com with a photo of the damaged candle within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the rest!

Shipping Policy

We currently ship candles only within the USA using USPS. Here are the details:

- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

- Personal Delivery (Massachusetts): For customers located in Massachusetts, we offer a personal delivery service every Friday for a fee of $5.99.

Shipping Timeline:

- Standard Orders: We ship orders within 3 business days.

- Bulk Orders (50 candles or more): Bulk orders will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

- Customers may order custom quantities (50 candles or more) via email, where we will provide an invoice or payment link for your order.

- Candle scents are a delightful surprise, as each candle contains one to three secret scents. If you wish to order a specific scent, please contact us at info@handthelight.com for a custom order.

- We donate 15% of our proceeds to a different volunteer firefighter station each quarter.
