Return and Refund Policy

At Hand The Light, we take great pride in crafting each candle with love and care, ensuring that every product is unique and special. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not issue refunds for custom candle orders unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to replace it or offer store credit. To request a replacement or store credit, please email us at info@handthelight.com with a photo of the damaged candle within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the rest!

For our workshops, tickets are sold through Eventbrite, and refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After this timeframe, tickets are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship candles only within the USA, and shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Standard Orders: We ship orders within 3 business days.

  • Bulk Orders (50 candles or more): Bulk orders will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: All candles are handmade to order and are shipped from the USA.

Terms of Service

Hand The Light offers handmade candles and organizes candle-making workshops for individuals and private groups. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

  • For workshops, tickets are sold through Eventbrite, and refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After this timeframe, tickets are non-refundable.

  • We do not issue refunds for custom candle orders unless the product arrives damaged (see Return and Refund Policy).

  • All private events are confirmed via email, and we issue an invoice for payment. Upon request, we can also provide a contract for private events.
